CONSIGNING

We take in clean, good to excellent quality furniture and home furnishings daily. 

1.)  Take a photo of your larger items, then stop in or email us at  info@hshconsign.com .

We can then let you know if we can take your item.

2 ) Please call and set an appointment to bring in your items and assure that there is space available.

3.)   We will price your items at fair market prices, taking into consideration name brands, condition, and purchase price. 

Prices will be lowered throughout the consignment period.

4.)  Our consignment rates, effective August 1, 2010, are 50/50.  Consignments are for 90 days..

5.) We reserve the right to refuse any merchdise left for consignment.

6.)There will be a handling/storage fee of 10% (of the original price) for any items picked up.

7.) It is the consignors responsibility to make arrangements for their unsold item(s) at the end of their consignment period,

or after 7days the item(s) will be sent to auction or donated at the stores descression.

8.)  Checks for sold items will be issued by the 10th of each month for the prior months sales and mailed to the consignors.
